Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-04

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rovvi's websites at rovvi.dev and training.rovvi.dev, the Claude Code bootcamp, and related services (together, the “Services”), operated by Rovvi (“Rovvi,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Marketplace & payments. Your use of the AI Ambassador marketplace and Protected Payments (escrow) is additionally governed by the Marketplace & Protected Payments Agreement, which controls for any marketplace transaction. See also how Protected Payments work.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure; where you store materials with us, you must enable a password and two-factor authentication.

2. The bootcamp & access

The bootcamp provides educational content and tools. Access may depend on an active subscription or purchase. We may update, add, or retire lessons and features over time. Educational content is provided for learning purposes and is not professional advice.

3. Payments, subscriptions & renewals

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including no unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempts to breach security or access others' data; no scraping or reselling of content except as permitted; and no interference with the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and projects you create. You grant Rovvi a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including course materials, text, and software, are owned by Rovvi or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and permitted use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our permission.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (for example, Anthropic's Claude, Stripe, and hosting providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovvi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from the bootcamp or the marketplace.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Rovvi's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid Rovvi in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5–9 and 12) survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
